What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ok I'm gonna give an example of ghosting.
We have user 1 and user 2 And user 3 Ok, User 1, User 2 And user 3 Are in A Game Of Deathrun.
And User 2 Is Dead, And User 3 Is Runner And User 1 Is The Death, User 2 Tells User 3 If the Death is AFK. Or Tells That Traps Are Activated, So, User 3 Can Just Get Thru Easily Without Any Struggles, And that is Ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I'm gonna tell him to be respectful, and stop being so mean to the player.
Also if he denies what I said and doesn't listen, I will mute him and will give him/her a Warn for being disrespectful

Why I should be chosen:
I Am Very experienced And I'm very nice to players and greet them every time when I join the server,
I do not abuse, and I'm gonna work hard, to gather my trust on the server.

Your activity is not great only having 3 days when we recommend 2 weeks of high and consistent activity but you've played death run for over a week which could compensate for it. You have had staff before and abused your powers. Then a while later you were given a second chance, you decided to abuse your powers again. How can we trust you? Because if I'm fully honest, I'm fairly sure we can't. You ruined all trust I had in you. I think it's a horrible idea to get you back into staff until you have properly proven you will not abuse again. He had time to regain trust and he has been showing good manners lately. i really doubt that old situation could affect him right now since he is doing good.
