Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
i will tell them to spectate me and then ill spectate them and see if they get the hang of it

explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
i would first tell them to stop then warn them

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
i would kick them off like a ban if i cant do that then i will warn them

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
i have been mod before and i think ik the things to do and not to do btw soz if i dont know what i can do as surf mod

Uh can someone move this to the correct section TooFast4U im sure you should know by now where to put these Good luck! Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP SURF! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:

We have decided to deny your application because we feel that you are not ready for the position and  that you need to spend more time on the server. We also have taken into account your recent demotion from Deathrun while considering your application. We also feel that you need to be a little more mature before we vote you onto the staff team.
