Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match / RDM is the act of killing another player without a valid rp reason to do so for instance: Walking down the street and shooting someone on sight would be RDM. A raid, Counter raid, Mugging etc. Would not be RDM if carried out correctly according to their own rules.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rules / NLR States that you cannot return to a given district for 3 minutes after dieing there. There are exceptions to the rules however these include: Return to PD or Raiding Nuke as Police, Swat etc.
If you are in spawn and you die when you respawn you must vacate the district as quickly as possible and not return untill your NLR (3 Minutes) is over.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would first teleport to the individual who placed the F1 and ask if he is available to come to a sit for his F1 (To avoid breaking roleplay) Once I have the individual, player x, I would then ask him to explain the situation and who RDM'd him. I would then teleport to player y and tell them I require them for a sit and will teleport them to the sit when we are done.
At this point I would ask player y what happened to confirm or contradict the accusation of player x. Once both sides have been heard I will collect the appropriate logs and confirm them with both players before asking if either party had any evidence of another form: Screenshots, Recordings etc.
Once both parties are in the sit and all available evidence has been collected I would make an un biased verdict on the scenario.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
As with the previous scenario I would inform and collect both individuals in the appropriate way and bring them to the sit. At this point I ask player x their side of the story. After I know player x's story I would then ask player y what happened to confirm or contradict player x and then I would confirm the logs with the players.
Once both sides of the story have been heard like with the previous scenario I would ask both parties for any evidence in form of Screenshots, Witnesses or Video evidence. Finally I would make a verdict upon the evidence and inform both players. Once the F1 has been handled I would return player y and confirm if I can help player x with anything else.
Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):
I have been mod twice before now and both times I had to resign because college got in the way, I loved being staff but real life had to take priority. I am no longer in college and I have a work schedule which allows me to dedicate time to F1's while also playing myself. S3 seems to be a mess when there is no staff on and that's only when the staff handle F1's. If I am accepted for mod I can try to keep S3 cleaner like I used to.
