Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM (Random Death Match) is when a player decides to kill another player for no RP related reason other than just wanting to troll. this can occur when someone joins the server and becomes a civil protection or any other job which you spawn with a gun. Then the player in question could either actually decide to RP but still break the rules and kill someone randomly for calling him names, or he could just join the server and start killing people for no reason other than trolling with no intent to RP.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
NLR (New life rule) is when a player has been killed while RP'ing, this means that when they spawn back they have to stay away from the area they were killed in for a period of time and they have to forget everything that happend before they were killed.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x:
In this situation i would tell Player y that iv checked the log and have found that he killed player x with lets say a shotgun or an AK and this is against the server rules and he will either get a warning or a short ban as punishment. If player y says that he doesnt belive me or still says that he didnt do it i would sent a link or a screenshot of the logs to him so that i can prove he RDM'd player x.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
In this situation i would still warn player y because of the fact that he has still killed player x staight after he was killed wich is clearly a breach in the NLR rule. I would explain to player y that after he is killed by a playeer he cannot just go back to them straight after and kill them for no reason. This is Revenge killing and is unacceptable.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):
I think i should be chosen for this job because i love the server and i know it has way more potential than most servers out there on gmod. I would love to try and create a fun yet friendly community on the server that doesnt Break ther rules all the time and is free of trolling and RDM'ing. Plus i love to talk to people so i strongly think im a people person and to me you need that to be a good Admin/moderator. Iv reacently just came back to the server due to PC problems and i missed it so much, however when i came online there wasnt many staff on. i belive that there was only 2 moderators online and they couldnt keep up with the frequent admin calls and F1's. i think i could help problems be solved more frequently and more easily due to my people skills. lastly i would like to say that i love all the staff members i belive i have spoke to most of them already give or take a few and would like to thannk them for there great service to the server and i hope that i can join you all to help as well.
