Congratulations at becoming staff member!
First thing: Your task is to deal with rulebreakers but your power as moderator is limited. If you have problem that you can't handle on your own(like hackers), ask a staff member with higher rank to help you.
Second thing: These are commands you will use:
!gag- Makes people unable to use microphone on server. Use this command for people who are micspamming.
!mute- Makes people unable to type in chat. Use this command for people who are disrespecting others, spamming etc
!psay- Private message you can send to one person.
!tgag- Gags people for certain amount of time
!tmute-Mutes people for certain amount of time
!slay- You use this for slaying someone, mostly doorblockers and ghosters
!sslay- Silently slays your target
!bring- Brings player to you.
!goto- Teleports you to the player.
!teleport- Teleport player to place he's looking at with crosshair
!friends- Checks if player has Steam friends on server(helps with detecting ghosters)
!fspec- Forces player into spectator mode
!kick- Kicks player from server
!warn- You use this to give warnings and also to check if someone was warned before.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello <usersname>. I've talked with staff member who banned you, and we decided to give you one more chance since it's your first ban.From now, remember to not break rules again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
Being a staff member for about month helped me understand how commands work, how to deal with various problems, for example: detecting and dealing with people who are ghosting. I've got used to being moderator, but sometimes i can't handle some situations with power i have. I need to call higher rank staff member, but theres always a possibility that he's absent or busy. Now i've experience (catched rulebreakers multiple times and punished them, helped people with their problems) and i think i'm ready to become Admin. With possibilities that Admin have i could make server clean from more 'hardcore' rulebreakers.
