Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I have a great time helping others in Zarp and had always wanted to help in this server. I always put my highest
efforts to make others happy and have a great time playing on the server without any rulebreakers. Being
an admin will give me a higher chance of doing more stuff and helping others even more. I know that I will never quit Zarp and I will always put my highest efforts. Becoming an admin help me do more as a Staff. I have helped a lot of people said compliments to me saying you should become an admin which makes me more confident with this.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I had never struggled to do an F1 I know all of the rules clearly and follow them. I always will help others
without being unsure of what I'm saying. If I was too unsure, I would ask someone who is better at knowing rules or someone
who just knows the answer to the thing I don't know because I don't want to make them feel like I'm wasting their time. But
again i was never in this situation where I didn't know what to say.


If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
I will tell them that they have to be online often and then speak about the F1 Menu and how it is really important
and is basically what you use most of the time as a moderator. I will tell them what to do what not to do. They have to do a
decent amount of F1's weekly or has a chance of getting demoted from Moderator. I will talk about the F6 Menu because it shows all the SteamID's and Logs of what happened in the game. The logs will show all the
Kills, Deaths who Joined and who Left. Moderators are basically Admins but with fewer commands and both do the same thing. The admin is only with Moderators / Admins and Higher who can only speak in the chat and cannot be used for
roleplaying. I will explain the admin tool as it shows which prop is connected to a Keypad and where it is to know if it's
Prop Block which is against the rules. Warning players are done by doing /warn [SteamID] [Reason] : /warn STEAM:023445946 Breaking NLR. To Unwarn players it is the same thing but with /unwarn at the start of the sentence instead of /warn. Bring command is used for bringing players to you (If their running away or to bring them
to a sit) It is a highly used command and you need to type /bring (Name) or (SteamID) example is
/bring HoboGamblerIsBeautiful or /bring STEAM:029445845645. Back is used to take people back to where they was
after you teleporting or to take them back to where they were before you teleported the player and it cannot be used for Roleplay advantage.The kick command is to remove someone from the game which is done by pressing Tab, Their name and
then press kick. They are allowed to reconnect. Un-banning people from their job is used if their banned from Hobo or any other role. They can't become the job because they are banned and you need to unban them which is done by the TAB , Their name then click Unban from the job and the job they were banned from. Slay is used for killing someone if they have a gun when they're not supposed to but they don't drop it, you can slay them which kills the player and gets rid of their gun.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I will ask the person which banned him and tell them about their apology and that they are really sorry. If
the person that banned the player agrees to unban the player I will then go ahead and unban the player. I will also check
the recent warns of the player that got banned.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
I want to help the server even more and I'm online currently at 04:00 AM writing this. I am again online right now and
see a lot of people will loads of warns like 12 or even more I can see that they are not banned yet for being warned too often
and also I sometimes get really nice comments from players saying that I should become an admin.
I helped a lot of people on this server as for the time I got to play as I was moving houses but I again tried my best.
I went online and tried to get over at least 20 F1's this week because I was busy with moving houses and like I said
"I will always put effort!" This server is just great for me and I have a lot of nice time helping and want to help even more with
more commands and more of a chance to help. I am sure all the time to get 20 F1's done which is good to help a decent amount of people and at least make their gameplay better

You need to improve your recent activity, you also need to improve more on the understanding of the rules as you have been caught breaking them on multiple occasions if I'm not mistaken.
