Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: It would be appropriate to use the ban command for the following Reasons, Racism, DDoS threats, 10+ Recent Punishments, Mass RDM + LTAP, Mass RDM multiple times, Ghosting multiple times, Ghosting + LTAP, Breaking rules right after a Ban, Ban Evasion.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):. I believe i should be promoted to Admin for the following reasons

Experience
I have experience with zarp through being staff on ex-Murder (Mod), Deathrun (Admin) and ex-Surf (Mod), but i also gained experience from other communities so i Understand how to get stuff done and handle situations, Sometimes i may need assistance if i get confused but that isn't a bad thing instead it just show's that i am Learning more, Though i may get confused in some scenarios i know what I'm doing in Most, Over my time as staff on Zarp and other communities i have learnt how to use commands Correctly, Handle situations, reports or appeals, The main server's i have been staff on would be DarkRP servers which sure they are Very different from TTT but I believe that they helped me gain Knowledge of commands and how to use them, Which makes me think I am ready for the Promotion to Admin.

Knowledge
I have played Zarp TTT for 2 years which has given me a long time to gain a knowledge of the rules, but also during my short time as staff on TTT but also before i was staff which will allow me to Help around the server more as Admin, Having a knowledge of the rules will also Help me if a staff member is unsure on something and needs my help on how to handle it or what to do in the situation.

Friendly & Good Attitude
I feel that because i am Friendly and have a good attitude even when i may not be in the best mood will help me if i become a Admin because i can handle situations easier because it may allow me to speak to some users easier if i come across a Defiant user in a report.

Activity
I feel that my activity may allow me to help stop rulebreakers more when other staff may not be on, I have the ability to play from 6 hours - 14 hours Daily though it's not during the night which i wish i could help at but for now I can only play during the day currently this time is allowing me to be on Everyday for most of the day going off for a couple hours to gain the time i need on other servers.
