I don't have alot of time on the server but I hope my experience as a admin/moderator on other servers will help me.

I speak 3 languages: Dutch, English and some german. I do live in the Netherlands.

Explain Random Deathmatch (RDM) and give a example:
RDM is when a player get killed without a valid reason. An example of this is when a police officer shoots a thief/robber for no reason. What I would do in this situation is check logs and ask for screenshots/vids (Evidence) And if it turns out to be a RDM warn the player that RDM'ED. There is also Mass-RDM which is a player killing multiple players for no reason.

Explain New Life Rule (NLR) and give a example: NLR will start once u have been killed in a certain district u can't return to that district for 3 minutes. An example of this is when a player gets killed in the rich district he cannot return to that district for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes he can go back and print some more money!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.First I check for a roof or some other spot were we can do this sit in peace. I check for time stamps if these are present in the console. If these are not there I ask for evidence. after that I will teleport Player Y and ask for his side of the story.

Why I should be chosen: I have alot of experience in being a Mod/Admin I was the Head-Admin on a server known as SnowyRP I started as a T-Mod and made it to Head-Admin Sadly the server died . I am also aware of the rules and I am willing to enforce them. Also there is alot of staff who dont take any F1's (Sits) Which annoys the crap out of me! Sure u can roleplay but dont become staff if u are not going to help people. I want to help the staff team and the community after all I don't want Zarp to die out because it's a great server. I will also play everyday for atleast 1 hour because I love DarkRP and this server. I have way to much freetime lol. I hope u guys will chose me to become a moderator. I will leave my work times once I have been accepted or if u guys need it with my apply.
