Bhop Related
Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
I would tell him that he should not press W at normal B-hoping because you should only use a / d and the mouse for the beginning and I would give him some tips like "try to reduce the mouse's sensitivity or do not move your hand so fast because otherwise you will not build up enough speed"and if that didnt help i would send him a bhop tutorial

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would tell him first that he should stop spamming on mic and if he continues then i give him a mute/gag for a time and repeating until he admits what he does and says does he will not do that again

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would ask him why he uses an exploit and asks him to stop using an exploit, but if he ignores this warning and keeps going, he gets a kick
