How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
during my time as bhop administrator both past and present, I have experienced everything that bhop has to throw at you from hackers to mass racists as of last I have refamiliarized my self with the fa admin command as well as spending a lot of time interacting with active bhop lead team member, I have a lot of experience with being staff both on bhop as well as ssrp I know how to handel situations involving both staff and users effectively, during my time with bhop lead team I have seen how they handel situation involvingstaff members abusing and not meeting their activity requirement, I feel that me having the super administrator rank will allow me to assist the lead team the optermizing the bhop staff team as right now there is only one active lead team member as the other have other commitments.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?:
What makes me a good candidate is my experience both past and present I have a full understanding on how the leadteam works I know how to handle report abuse as well as training staff members and attending lead team meetings although this time around or have only been staff for a short while I believe my previous experience makes up for this I try to interact with as many players as I can while on the server to build up a relationship between them and the staff team.
Activity
My activity on bhop is very high I aim to play around two hours per day so I can interact with players and staff alike, the recommended time for bhop is two hours which I surpass daily as well as always being on Teamspeak allowing people to contact me easily if needed.
Dedication
My dedication to Bhop as well as the community as a whole is high because of the amount of time spent on the servers, most of the time spent on the server is interacting with the player base as well as staff I believe that bhop has a lot to offer the community as a whole but as of now, not many people have the time to put into as they have other commitments. I have seen how previous bhop owner has run the server and all i intent to do is generally improve the server for all.
experience
I have previous staff experience on bhop as well as staff experience on ssrp were I was staff for over a year before I reached the rank of super admin although it was short lived due to exams, but during this short time I was lead team I trained people as well as handling report abuses on staff member this previous experience allows me to handle situations while mitigating hostility and minimizing disruption.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
A situation that I had to work around is when a user was suspected of using an auto strafe and there was not lead team around at the time so I had to record the user in question and then get in contact when they were around so that I could get their opinion and possibly speak to said user later.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
At first, I would try to make contact the user that has made the report on the said staff member to come onto Teamspeak if it was convenient to do so once I had spoken to the said user I would then approach the staff member in question and then listen to his version of events. And reply to the post.
I’m going to handle this, I will speak to the said staff member as soon as possible
Once I had evaluated both sides of the story then took into consideration any proof that had been provided i would post a reply to the report abuse on the forums ( Example)

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
First of all, I would contact with admin in question whether that be by teleporting to them in the game or speaking to them in TeamSpeak and inform him how and why the punishment he has given out is too excessive. I would inform him that he should only give out fair bans and should not be too harsh with them, I would also inform him that yes we are here to punish players but at the same educate them so these situations will not repeat in the future.

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
Once said staff member had asked for help / or I saw the situation I would take over the situation. once said situation was completed I would then speak to the staff member in question to see why they can not handle it correctly once I have heard their reason I would take the correct course of action
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
First of all I would get both parties into Teamspeak and hear both sides of the story and get to the bottom of who started the conflict between them once I had established who started the conflict I would try to determine why they did it and make sure that I does not happen again and warn them that if it keeps continuing they may face some form of punishment from the lead team.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
First of all, I would confront the staff member in admin chat about his action once to make sure I was not misinterpretation the situation once i had made sure what the staff member was doing was intentionally harming users I would tell him to stop if he did not stop I would ask him once more if he fails to do so I would contact a head admin if none were available I would issue an emergency demotion and immediately contact a head admin or above about the situation
