When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:

I think it is appropriate to use the ban command when someone is being racist or if they are using racist jokes & slurs. also, it should be use on people who are hacking & ban avoiding.
It should be used on someone who has continuously broken the rules.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:

last week i was on Deathrun with a person which was being disrespectful and racist, i couldn't have the power to ban him since i am moderator, i had to get a Super admin on threw steam, after he got on, i provided them proof and the player got banned. There was also a time where they was a person who was being racist, he left and rejoined to avoid the mute, and kept on saying racist slurs, i had to contact a admin on teamspeak to come and ban him since i did not have the power to do so.

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)

i think i should be promoted because i am active on the server, and have fixed my attitude, i try to do my job as best as i can and help others, i'm nice in game.
I can be a slight immature at times but i am mature most of the time, i have been staff on prop-hunt and deathrun twice, i know how to do my job and hope to do well as admin, if i get denied i'll simply apply in a week or two. if i do get admin i'll be sure to do my job right. in my opinion i think my activity is more then i need to be an admin,
one of the reasons i want to be a admin is because they has been quite a few of mass rule breakers and people being racist when i have been on and i had to contact admins & super admins, at those times i wanted to be a admin so i could handle it myself, since all i could do was mute / gag & warn them.

With all respect, i do not think you are ready for Administrator yet, i barely see you handle with situations, neither did you when i made alot of reports earlier. and nobody dealt with them, so this does not only apply to you

there has been a time where i was dealing with multiple rulebreakers at a time and i asked you for help and you didn't even answer me. i do not think you know how to handle situations and most of the time you just ignore them.
