Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin: I feel my time will contribute to me becoming admin because During my time as a moderator I got a great understanding of when to react to situations and when not to, and got the ability to help administrators with their situations when they struggled, Sure it was a risk as I might have been wrong but since I helped them I felt i might have gained extra knowledge of the rules myself which is giving me the extra ability to react in situations and i feel becoming an admin will allow me to use these abilities in more Situations whilst as a Moderator I am unable to Fully handle some situations e.g. Racism / Mass Rulebreak In conclusion I just feel admin will help when it comes to some situations where Moderator cant do very much.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command: It would be appropriate to use the ban command when someone, Ban Evades, Mass Rulebreaks, DDoS Threats, Hacks/Cheats or 10+ Recent punishments.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Hello welcome to the Murder Staff team!, This will show you the basics of your Commands (docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ofnRJZzb...vp7IjP9lw/edit#gid=0) The meetings are every Sunday at 8:30pm Local They are not Manditory but we do recommend attending as it allows you to vote on who you want to become staff, The scenarios to use them should be pretty simple, RDM (Slay & Warn), Micspam (Gag & Warn), Chat Spam (Mute & Warn), Racism (Mute/Gag & Warn (Or ban if you are Admin+)), Discrimination (Mute/Gag & Warn), Voice Changers (Gag & Warn), Web Taunts (Racist/Homophobic Etc (WebTauntMute & Warn)), Loopholing (Racism/Loopholing a rule (Ban if racism If another rule e.g. Discrimination Mute/Gag & Warn)). Most of the rules should be pretty Self explainatory If you get stuck Feel Free to ask a Member of staff they are Willing to help you!.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I feel I should be promoted to Admin because I feel I am a decent staff member and have good relationships with players and other staff I also know how and when to use commands, I believe this promotion would be good since not many staff are as active on Murder and quite a lot of rules are broken when they aren't on which an admin would be more useful in those events, I also enjoy helping the community and would like to help the Murder Community more, If i was to get this promotion I'd be able to help more especially when theres more mass rulebreaking or Racism taking place, Since most times I've seen Racism all i could do is Warn, gag/mute Because there was no staff online above Moderator, Being an admin would help in this situation because I could take the Zero Tolerance Policy into action and ban them so they dont continue after mute or gag, I also feel i should be Promoted because I'm an extremely Friendly player and also have a Good attitude towards the server and Rule breakers which will help if a player that makes a Case difficult or Uneasy to handle joins and Starts breaking rules I'd be able to make it easier Because i'd be able to hopefully help the situation more by being Friendly and making them feel more Comfortable so that i can handle it easier, I also have Experience in staffing from other servers which allows me to maybe have a Better knowledge of the rules than some current Staff which is helpful in situations where a staff member Is confused about something and doesn't know what to do.
