Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: tell them to stop or Verble warning and if they do it again the Gag/Mute.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Kick and warn them and get evidence.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: telling who the killer is, the murderer is tango.

As Box said the application could be improved you seem to always have recent punishments on DR and have been banned for harassment ect.

Your application seems very rushed and you need to add a lot more detail to it. Your recent activity has been quite inconsistent and I would like to see you get it higher.
