Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I feel that I have gained enough experience from the situations that I have handled on bhop, because of these situations I fully know how and when to use the moderator commands correctly, and I feel that I am ready to take on a bigger role.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
A player was harassing another player through the voice chat. The way I stopped the player from harassing others was to, firstly verbally warn the player who is harassing others, when he carried on I voice muted him for a few minutes around 5 - 10 minutes, when he was unmuted and he carried on, I proceeded to kick the player.
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Congratulations for being accepted into the bhop staff team. If you hold down your tab key, it'll open a list with all the players on the server, and when you click on any of their names it will show a list of commands below their profile, there will also be a small punishment box, that when you click on it it'll show all the punishments that a player has got.
There are a few commands that are used against players who join the server to rule break.
Chat mute. The chat mute command stops players from typing anything in the chat, and it is meant for players who may be rule breaking through text chat on the server. For example if a player was harassing another player, you can start off his punishment by chat muting him, so he can no longer continue.
Global mute. Global mute is a command that mute's a player in voice chat, this is meant to be used for players who are rule breaking through their microphone. For example if a payer was mic spamming, you can use this command to stop them from continuously doing it.
Strip. Strip is a command that removes a players weapons. This command should only be used if a player is spamming one of the guns, besides that this command should not be used.
Freeze. The freeze command stops a player from moving. This command should be rarely used, but an example of when it could be used is when a player maybe exploiting the map to get a server record, before the player finishes you can freeze the player and set him back to the start, and explain why the player was set back. Once again this command should rarely be used.
Kick. This command kicks a player off of the server. This command should be used once you have given a player multiple chances to stop breaking rules. For example if a player was continuously harassing a player after many mutes and verbal warnings, it would be appropriate to kick the player from the server.
Slay. The slay command kills a player and puts them back to the spawn area on the map. This command could be used if a player was exploiting to achieve a server record on the map, slaying the player would stop their time a put the player back to the spawn area, stopping him from exploiting.
Once again congratulations on getting accepted to be a bhop moderator.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would try to contact the admin who has banned the player to talk about whether the ban should be either removed, lowered or if the player should wait out the ban. Once I am in contact with the admin, I would then listen to what they have to say after reviewing the appeal, once they have said what is needed, I would give my view on the appeal just in case they might've missed something whilst reading the appeal. Once I have finished discussing the appeal with the admin, we will both attempt to figure out if the players ban would be removed, lowered or stay the same.
If the player was denied I would leave a message on his appeal saying this:
"After reviewing your appeal with the admin who has banned you, we have decided to deny this appeal. You have been kicked, and banned for cheating and you were given a warning in advance for it (hence why you were kicked). I suggest you wait out your ban a little bit longer.
If the player's appeal was accepted I would leave a message saying this:
After reviewing your appeal with the admin who has banned you, we have decided to remove your ban entirely because of how apologetic you are, we expect you to no longer hack on our servers as it will result in you getting permanently banned once more. Take some time to read through our server rules before playing.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I feel that I have fully understood what it is like moderating on bhop, I fully understand when I should and shouldn't use the commands. When ever I am on the server and I see someone struggling to bhop, I usually give them tips on how they can improve so that they can have a more enjoyable time on the server. I usually interact with random people on the server in a friendly way. I aim to be more help to the server by lowering the rate of rule breakers and I believe I can get this goal by being a higher rank with access to commands, that will fully stop players breaking rules.
