How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:

First I would drag the Person that Apparently is being Bullied into a Spacer to ask him about the Situation, after that, I'd get the Accused Persons Side of the Story and come to a Conclusion, I'd tell the Accused person to Leave the Person that Reported him alone and avoid any kind of Contact, however, I would use my Powers to deal with it Depending on what he Actually did.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:

Ban List:
You Use the Ban List if you want to Check a Ban / want to Unban a Person that has been Banned.

Set Server Group:

This Feature Is only Used if you are in the Position to give an user His Staff Member Rank, do not give a rank just to random people.

Kick Client From Channel:

You use this Feature to Kick clients from your Channel/Different Channels, you only use this if somebody is Playing music in the Wrong Channel or is showing any kind of Disrespect. This is a Little warning for the User to know that he should stop.

Kick Client From Server:

This Feature is used to Kick a Client from the TeamSpeak Server, it allows the Users to have another Chance and cool off.

Ban Client:

This Feature is used to Ban a Client from the TeamSpeak Server, the User won't be able to Connect before the Given time has Expired. This should only be used by Massive TOU break.

Delete Users Avatar:

This Feature is used to Remove a Users Avatar, mainly used to remove somebodys Racist or overall Inappropiate Avatar.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):

I think I should be chosen as TeamSpeak Staff due to my high Experience in general Staffing and high Activity on TeamSpeak, I encountered a lot of Germans on the TeamSpeak where most Staffs aren't able to do anything due to them Mostly talking German. Overall I do encounter a lot of People breaking the TOU and do my Best to Report them.
