How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?: I will ask the person who is bullying to stop if it continues i will then drag him into a spacer and give him a warning. If the bullying/harrashment continues i will kick the user and if he comes back to bully.harrash him more i will ban him. (if i was there)

If it happenes when i am not there i will ask the user to submit some evidence to prove the user is bullying after i will speak with the person who was bullying the victim and tell him to stop. If he goes back and continues to bully the user i will kick and if he comes back to continue then i will ban him.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:
Kicking:
You can use the kick command for instance when a user is not listening to you and carries out after you have asked him politely to stop... For instance if then are bullying someone or harrashing them.

Banning:
You can ban people for many reason for instance when people are being racism or discriminitory to someone. You can also ban people after you kicked them and they have come back and continued what you had just kicked them before.

Move people:
This is good when you have to speak to someone privately about what they have done when you don't want to be interupted. Also good if you want to be in a spacer with someone else or if someone ask to be moved to someone you ask and then you can move them.

Set Rank:
You can set people's rank if you are a lead team member and you are training them. Or remove it should a leadteam member say to remove someone's rank and they are not on.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words): I am very active on teamspeak as well as the forums. I am almost always on teamspeak so i would almost always be there if something happens.
