How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:
If a user contacts me about him or someone else being bullied by another user in Teamspeak, I would go ahead and first speak with the user contacting me about the "bullying" and let him tell his story and I would then follow by speaking with the user being accused of bullying and listen to his story. I would explain that bullying is forbidden on the server and is not tolerated and would advise them of to discontinue the bullying or they would be receiving a Kick/Ban depending on the whole situation.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:
Moving Clients
This feature grants you the power to be able to move users to/from channels. This is a helpful feature when users would wish to speak in private as in spacer channels where normal users cannot join. It is also helpful when you want to speak with a user breaking the rules.
Kicking Clients
This feature grants you the power to kick clients from the server. Typically you would use this feature whenever a user is not following the rules and decides to break them. If you do encounter a user breaking the rules I would move them to a spacer, explain to him what he did wrong and depending on the situation, kick the user. It is recommended you kick the user first before banning him unless the situation was more serious.
Banning Clients
This feature grants you the power to ban clients from the server. Typically used after receiving a kick and continuing to not follow the rules or for more serious situations, banning a user would remove them from the server and prevent them from rejoining for a certain amount of time given by the Teamspeak Staff always following the Ethos to ensure users are receiving appropriate bans.
Assigning Server Groups
This feature gives you the power to assign server group or "badges". Typically Teamspeak Staff give them to users who have been accepted and trained for the server rank they have applied for. You aswell have the power to remove or unassign server groups from users if they have chosen to resign from the rank or have been demoted.
Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
Activity - I have been coming on ZARP almost if not everyday now for a month straight, checking out the forums, socializing ingame aswell as chatting with people on Teamspeak. I believe that one of many necessity's of being a Teamspeak Staff is that you are able to be active within Teamspeak and are able to help people when needed.
Timezone - This might not be a big necessity within Teamspeak, but I would like to point out that most of our Teamspeak Staff are more or less living in Europe currently. I myself, am currently living in North America where I believe we lack staff members in and could use more of as we are in different timezones. I would be able to come on later in the day to help out users where as the staff members in Europe would be heading to sleep or not online.
Personality - I am an overall friendly person who enjoys taking jokes and having laughs with others but at the same time I am able to professional and mature when dealing in situations and handing out punishments to users.
Thanks for Reading my Application!
