How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?: I would moved into a private channel (spacer) and talk with them about the issue. If talking to them doesn't resolve the issue then I would move the bully into the same channel or a different one if either doesn't feel comfortable with the other in the channel and speak to them about the issue. Depending on the severity I would ask them to behave properly and more appropriately or if they have broken similar rules previously or if they said something particularly cruel then I would punish them appropriately. If there is a continuing issue between the two then I would try my best to resolve the problem.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately: moving people, banning people, giving people roles etc.

• Moving people should only be used when the person being moved has asked to be moved
• Banning should only occur when they are constantly breaking rules after being verbally warned
• Giving people roles should be used when lead team members are training new staff members

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words): I go on TeamSpeak most days and interact with people a lot. Also I know the TOU and how to enforce it. I am mature and enjoy playing and chatting with others. I am also admin on TTT and interact with many users. I speak to Nick everyday because he tells me to and I think in the Zarp community I am generally well liked.

Admiral is quite active on Teamspeak, I don't see there being any problems with Snackbar being given TS Staff, and I'm sure he would use it appropriately.

Admiral is a really nice guy, he's pretty active on ts and he is always friendly and funny to talk to. Super cool guy! I think he deserves it. Good luck man!
