How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:
1) Make sure the bullied player is alright from what has been said or done towards him/her, then move the player who is harassing the other player into a spacer and ask them to improve their behaviour and give a clear warning to say that if it carries on it'll lead to the player getting kicked and eventually banned.

2) If the player was kicked from the teamspeak server, but joins back and carries on it would then lead to a ban depending on what rule was broken and how badly it was broken by the player.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:

Ban client.
The ban client feature bans a player from the server for a certain amount of time for a certain reason. It'd be appropriate to use this feature if a player refuses to listen to warnings/kicks given out by a staff member if he/she is breaking rules, TOU, and channel rules on the teamspeak is constantly being broken. For example if a player was mic spamming after being told to stop and recieving mutliple kicks would result in a ban for a few hours because of how minor it is, but if a player was being racist towards another player and harassing them constantly, they'd recieve a longer ban because of how serious racism can be taken towards a player.

Kick client from the channel.
This feature is used to kick players to the AFK lobby. It would be appropriate to use this feature if someone is constantly being disruptive in a spacer or in a channel. For example if a player did not recieve permission off of others to play music in a channel or spacer, you can use this feature to kick them to the AFK lobby rather than kicking the player off of the server completely.

Kick client from the server.
This feature allows you to kick a player from the teamspeak server. This would be a good feature to use as an initial warning towards a player breaking rules if they refuse to listen to staff. For example if a player is constantly breaking TOU and refuses to listen to a staff member who told the player to stop, you can use the kick feature as a source to give the player another chance before he/she is banned.

Server groups.
This feature allows you to add and remove players from server groups.For example if a player got accepted as a Moderator to Deathrun, you can use this feature to give them their badge on teamspeak once training has begun, middle of training or towards then end. But if a player resigned you can use this feature to remove their badge on teamspeak.
If a player is staff on a certain server and has lost their main account for teamspeak and has to go off of another identity, they must provide proof they are who they say they are, before being given their badge on teamspeak.

Moving clients.
This feature allows you to move players in and out of channels. It would be appropriate to use this feature if a group of people want privacy in a spacer where no one can join, rather than an open channel, you could move all of the players into a spacer that can only be accessed by teamspeak staff members or players with permission from the people who're in the spacer.

Delete avatar.
This feature allows you to delete a players avatar. It would be appropriate to use this feature if a player had an offensive avatar or if a player is using another players face without their permission as their avatar or any other information that another player does not want others seeing.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I have previously been teamspeak staff and had a strong understanding on the rules. Also this is from my personal views, if a situation occours on teamspeak for example, you need help with something teamspeak wise, there is a rule breaker or something as simple as wanting to get moved into a spacer only a small few of teamspeak staff actually attempt to respond to you and it can get very frustrating on other users who may need help, I have mentioned this because when I was teamspeak staff I was never in the minority that would take 5 - 10 minutes to respond to a poke of someone who needed help and I strongly agree with the fact that if I got teamspeak staff, this wouldn't change.
