Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: Well, clearly it depends on the user and his ability to do it. But in any case first thing I say is to keep pressing the space button, whilst strafing with a and d (depends which keybinds he has) and using the mouse at the same time to see the view of where he lands and where he's going. If this unfortunately doesn't help I'll gladly talk to them privately on steam chat and maybe tell them to search a tutorial on youtube that could potentially explain the method of bhopping better than me.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: First and foremost I'd kindly request the person Text/Mic spamming to stop with 2 verbal warnings. After the second warning has been issued, I'll mute/gag the person in question for 3 minutes and ungag/unmute after the 3 minutes have passed. If this continues going on I'll extend the period and issue a warn.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Since exploits are not in any way welcome, I'd firstly ask him to stop, but if in any case the person keeps exploiting he/she will get a kick.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I'm very dedicated to the zar servers. I play TTT constantly and started playing BHop as well. I'm very mature, know the rules and I'm a very friendly person. I was an ex-Deathrun moderator so I can handle any moderator situation.

Extra Information: (Not Required) Although I don't have much in-game time, this will be worked upon. Activity will not be a problem in the upcoming week since I'll be able to play a lot. Hoping to hear feedback, cheers.

Activity needs to be improved, you promise to improve on the upcoming week but we recommend 2 weeks of consistent activity before applying. Good luck anyways!
