How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:
Firstly, I would move the person who was being bullied into a private spacer to give their side to what was happening, I would then take the player being accused of bullying into a separate spacer and ask for his perspective of the situation and then come to a conclusion based on the stories. I would then bring the victim and the player being accused into a spacer and resolve the situation accordingly, either being resolved through a verbal warning or a ban.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:
Kick client from channel
This is used to remove a user from a channel and is kicked to the Lobby/AFK room. This can be used to remove a user from a channel if they are mic spamming, or causing problems with other players. This is seen as a warning to the user and could result in a ban from the offender if they continue.
Kick client from server
This is used as another verbal warning after kicking the client to the Lobby/AFK room. If the user joins back from being kicked from the channel, they will be kicked from the server and any further action from them on the matter will result in a ban. This can also be used if a user severely breaks a rule.
Set server group
This is used if a player has recently resigned then revoked their resignation, I would first ask for a link to their revoked resignation before I re-add the rank to the user.
Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I am active on TeamSpeak and am on often every day and I often come into contact with racist users that just instantly disconnect when no TeamSpeak staff are in the lobby, a situation like this happened today and as we had no one in the lobby to deal with the situation at hand. The user wasn't caught being racist and it is really easy for a user to just go into a lobby, be racist, then leave as no one is allowed to record users on TeamSpeak. This happens a lot and I believe more enforcement is needed if the problem is to be resolved.
