it's sort of unfair. Only not handling reports for a session doesnt mine i dont handle at all . if there was any thing that shows how many reports i've handled then u would then know i do my best. Now... I only fool around with my friends . Never with anyone i dont know . Idk whats not clear in that. Again, If u think i need more time just simply say " Owl , you need more time as a mod " enough of the crap of calling me immature .
If you keep responding like that people will call you immature. Instead appreciate the feedback and work on it my dude. Food for thought
I'm always positive towards replays without any doubt , check my recent posts. But its kinda annoying now that everyone is calling immature instead of simply saying that i need more time . Now thats immature and childish .
That's called constructive feedback that you can improve upon. Considering critique immature and childish is exactly that: immature and childish. I mean no offense, and don't take this personally as I think you're a good guy, but you're only writing yourself into a hole here.
if someone says something on your application that you find rude or don't fully understand then take a minute away from your screen instead of calling them immature. Maybe go for a walk, think about your own actions and what has made them consider yourself in such a manner, or do literally anything else than looking at the critique you're given. Once you've calmed down, respond in a mature and calm manner and try to improve on it when you're in the game.
Also this might be completely besides the point but I still believe it should be said: I personally do not agree with staff members abusing their powers even if it is meant as a joke between friends. As staff you apply for a voluntary job and everything that goes along with it, which includes the requirement of showing yourself in a professional manner. Using your powers on friends directly negates this. I'm not saying I want staff to be 100% serious all of the time, and occasionally giving a staff member a slap (R.I.P. now that not even SA's have that command lol) (on the wrist) is completely fine. But a lot of staff members go too far, and I honestly believe it is about time that the Lead Team actually does something against this behaviour.
