TOPIC: [TTT Admin] Owl's Application.

Considering your recent abuse report which was Accepted, you might want to wait sometime before you even think about going for an elevated staff rank.

What other's have already stated about your immaturity has been proven to be completely true considering that abuse report.

You need to prove to the rest of us that you really are ready for this position to begin with.

You joined the staff team coming off of 12 recent punishments and have only slightly improved that behaviour. I hope you start to be more careful about how you stand currently in the staff team because from what I have heard about you it makes me wonder why you were let in as mod in the first place and think you are lucky to still be a mod. I hope you improve your maturity a lot and take the feedback everyone is giving you because you really need it from what I can see.

Same as everyone else , you need to improve your maturity. As staff you need to be calm and respectful to users and staff. Also it was just last night where you told a user the STFU. This is unacceptable for any type of staff.

Currently i feel you are not ready for admin. You recently got a verbal warning for the way you spoke to someone, This shows you need to work on attitude towards players ingame, You are also at times very immature when it come to talking with people in public chat. Last time i was on at the same time as you, you never did a single report leaving me to do them all. Overall i feel you need more time as staff to work on your attitude towards players and during that time you need to learn how to deal with more situations.

currently :

it's sort of unfair. Only not handling reports for a session doesnt mine i dont handle at all . if there was any thing that shows how many reports i've handled then u would then know i do my best. Now... I only fool around with my friends . Never with anyone i dont know . Idk whats not clear in that. Again, If u think i need more time just simply say " Owl , you need more time as a mod " enough of the crap of calling me immature .

if someone says something on your application that you find rude or don't fully understand then take a minute away from your screen instead of calling them immature. Maybe go for a walk, think about your own actions and what has made them consider yourself in such a manner, or do literally anything else than looking at the critique you're given. Once you've calmed down, respond in a mature and calm manner and try to improve on it when you're in the game.

Also this might be completely besides the point but I still believe it should be said: I personally do not agree with staff members abusing their powers even if it is meant as a joke between friends. As staff you apply for a voluntary job and everything that goes along with it, which includes the requirement of showing yourself in a professional manner. Using your powers on friends directly negates this. I'm not saying I want staff to be 100% serious all of the time, and occasionally giving a staff member a slap (R.I.P. now that not even SA's have that command lol) (on the wrist) is completely fine. But a lot of staff members go too far, and I honestly believe it is about time that the Lead Team actually does something against this behaviour.

You "messing around with friends" ingame is not an excuse. You are a staff member you are supposed to be mature at all times whatever a staff member does sets an example for the rest of the players. Currently whenever I am on you spam lenny faces all the time and what do I see in chat after you do this players spamming lenny faces in chat. You doing this makes players think it is acceptable to spam in chat. Also the lack of the ability you have to accept criticism is a big problem me telling you how I see you should allow you to understand what areas you need to fix, denying them gets you nowhere.

@TheFierceOwl as other have stated this is kind of like a voluntary job per say where you're supposed to be a sort of an ambassador to the zarp servers and community alike. Joking around with friends is ok, sure, but not by using your staff powers. I think it's essential that your staff powers are used to enforce the rules of the server so as to have clean gameplay. If you joke around with friends like slaying them for example, this will give a bad impression to the others who are playing and players will start to RDM. See where I'm going with this? If you ever had a job I don't think the boss would be too happy if you decided to joke around with friends instead of doing your job. To be honest with you, if you're admitting to doing stuff like that I don't think the role of mod should've been handed to you in the first place. I retract my neutral support and go
