You recently got a verbal warning for the way you spoke to someone, This shows you need to work on attitude towards players ingame, You are also at times very immature when it come to talking with people in public chat. Last time i was on at the same time as you, you never did a single report leaving me to do them all. Overall i feel you need more time as staff to work on your attitude towards players and during that time you need to learn how to deal with more situations.
