Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1.An appropriate situation to use the ban command would be someone gag / mute evading . For example , "Player X" joins the server and begins mic spamming music . After he is told to stop by a staff member , he continues doing so , untill he is gagged. "Player X" decides to leave the server and reconnect to avoid the gag and begins playing music again . He would be gagged again , and if he does avoid gag again will be banned .
2. Another situation would be a random "Player Y" joins the server and begins blatantly Mass RDM-ing the players , and leaves to avoid punishment .That player will be banned for his actions.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player X.
I have read trough your unban appeal and have made my mind . Your unban request has alot of effort put into it , and your apology seems very sincere .After viewing your recent punishments , It seems that this is your first ban on our servers , therefore I will be accepting your unban request and you will be allowed to play on our servers again. Keep in mind that you will be on thin ice , so please follow the server rules and do not get into trouble.



Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I feel like my time spent as a moderator gave me plenty of experience as a staff member on the TTT server. I have learnt how to deal with reports and player interactions , and I feel like I helped the server by keeping it more organised when Im on.
I got to know both the player base and the staff team quite alot , and got very comfortable interacting with them .
I am active , will be even more active next weeks as I finnished my mock exams , and I always maintain a friendly attitude.
I also think my mentality of always wanting to hear people out will result in better staff - player interactions .
