Surf Related

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: I'd first tell them to go into spectator using F2 then watch me or someone else to see how they are doing it, If they then try after that I'd link them Through a Private message to a youtube video showing them how to do it.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If i caught someone text/mic Spamming i'd first give them verbal warning saying not to do it again, If they continued after their I'd then warn them along with a mute/gag, After a warning & mute/gag if they still will not stop I'd then kick them with the reason (Text/Mic Spamming after being told not to)

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: If I saw someone using an exploit I would first tell them not to use it (Verbal) then if they continued to use the exploit i'd then warn them, After a warning if they continued using it i'd proceed with a kick for (Continuing to use Exploit)

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I think I should be chosen as staff because, I have a good knowledge of the ULX commands meaning I'll do better when dealing with Situations, as well as having a Good knowledge of the rules I tend to be Very Friendly and Helpful towards players, I believe Another reason i should be staff is because I am good at making relationships between players & staff and also have a good Attitude towards them which will make handling situations much easier meaning I'd be a better Candidate than someone who e.g. Doesn't Have the best attitude or just Is not good when it comes to making relationships between players and/or staff.
As well as the reasons said above I also have enough time to play the server for anywhere from 6 to 12 hours daily meaning that If other staff are not on or Afk I will be able to help out whilst they're gone, I have also got many past staff experiences on other servers which will enhance my understanding of how to deal with something that may happen whilst playing
