Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: 1) Verbally warn the player to stop. 2) If continued I would warn and gag the player. Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would tell the player that what they're doing is against the exploiting rule and ask them to stop. (Verbal warning) If the player carried on I would warn the player and link the server rules to the player. (Warning) If the player carried on with exploiting, I would kick the player from the server. If this was to continue I would contact a administrator+ to ban the player. Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I have experience with being a staff member on multiple servers across the community and I am trusted throughout the community by many (hopefully). I have never been reported for wrongly punishing a player for the wrong reason or for abuse etc. I aim to help newer players and have a joke with them, but if needed I can be serious and handle situations in a strict manner.
