How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: During my time as Admin on the server i have understood what to and not to do and enjoy it and hope to get SA sometime in the future as ZARP is pretty much what i play mainly all the time, but during the time as admin i have had fun and understood each rule and stopped rule breaks and kept on doing f1's when told to, and always hit over the count which is needed every week and dont miss a meeting.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): I think i will be a good candidate for super admin as i have had 0 warnings since i joined the server + 0 officals since being staff and i do my job well and make sure that rule breakers are dealt with when doing f1's i also believe i will be a good super admin because i am really friendly to other staff members + the community and i can have a joke with people when i want to but when im doing f1's and going around i can be serious and deal with people for what they did wrong, also i am doing good in sits by asking both sides of story and then explaining what is wrong with the stories if they're the same and just go into detail about what they both said and then ask for proof so i act professional during sits and out of them. I also believe that i am a good person who is willing to help other staff members when ever its needed, so if lower ranks ask for help i am willing to help them and make sure that they understand it and say that if they need more help they can ask for it. Also if i go staff member it means that i can also help staff members get f1's done when needed by going undercover and to see if they're doing a good job which i believe all staff members are doing currently. I can be trusted with things which are given to me and able to hold data which can be then later handed out also i am very dedicated to the server as i am on it everyday when i can get on it and i always help out by doing f1's, helping staff etc.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: A situation which took a while to sort out was that i had to deal aload of people who was breaking nlr + mrdming in spawn so i had to freeze them which there was like 5 of them then they later on got banned for the amount of time they were warned for and then they all come on alts and do it again so then i later on ban them for it again which was pretty frustating but i kept my cool as i understood that i was the only staff on at that time.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member: So if there was an appeal on the forums i will say that i will be handling it and then i will try and contanct the person who was "abusing" and then speak to them about what happened and then speak to the person who reported them and see what they say and if there is any evidence i will review the evidence and then speak to staff member before anything else, and discuss what punishment should be given at that time or bring it up in the meeting for it to get reviewed and discussed more there. But if i see them abusing in game for example tp'ing there friends whilst in rp like a nuke or something like that or typing everywhere whilst in rp or warning people for no reason or banning i will speak to them about it and then bring it up in the meeting with proof but if they were banning people i will take there rank and then ban them for further notice and speak to them in teamspeak with others Lead Team members about the problem and then it will be dealt with during and after the meeting.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? So i will contact the person who banned them for excessive amout of time and speak to them why they did it and then i will tell them to edit it so the actual time which is good for what they did wrong and apologize to the person who got banned for that time and tell them not to do again and then also tell the staff member not to do it again or it will be dealt with with other Lead Team Members.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? I will tell the staff member to calm down and if he/she does i will see how they do until the end of the sit but if they dont i will tell him to stop dealing with the sit and i will deal with it and then speak to him after about that he needs to calm down and should stop doing f1's for a bit as that maybe making them have angry and then i will speak to other members about what should be done with the way he acted within the sit.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation? So if there is a demote request on the forums i will reply with "Handling" and then i will speak to both of them to see what happened and to understand what rule was broken and how and if there is evidence it will be reviewed and if its valid evidence of the staff member breaking a rule i will speak with them and warn them for the time being unless another staff member on the Lead Team says other wise to do something else, but depends on the rule they broke. But if there is no forum post and they're arguing on the server then i will tell them to stop and then discuss what is happened with both sides and then review what ive been told and ask for proof to back up to make sure something happens and if there is then a warn and a chat will be given, but if not i cannot do anything to back up what happened as its there word against the other.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? I will calm them both down and tell the staff member to stop being distrespectful to eachother and then i will speak with both sides in teamspeak or discord or steam about the problem and tell the person to apologize to the other staff member and warns/bans will be given depending on what the person says [EXAMPLE: Racist <---BANNED till further notice]
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? I will see what else he does by going undercover and seeing what they do to me and try to get more and more proof and reasons about why ther person should get punished and after that i will go ahead and tell them to hop onto teamspeak, discord or steam so i can speak to them and ask why they're acting like they're. But depending on what they do i will try and record everything to then bring it up within the staff meeting and then his/hers punishment will be given out to the person which will get decided.
