When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
It will be appropriate to use the ban command when a person has done something that breaks the rules repeatedly.
You can even use it when there is racism or when there is a person using client side modification(aka Hacking). here are a couple of examples:

A person just disrespected an admin, the admin says stop. he continues. the admin decides to mute him and warn him, he leaves the server and comes back to disrespect more. The admin bans the player for a day(1440 minutes).

A person just joined the server and was bhopping really well and then that person kills 2 people at the end and the mouse was shaking quite weirdly. the admin acknowledges this but waits another round. he sees that he has hacks and decides to kick him with a message to remove the hacks. the player joins back and continues hacking. the admin bans him perm with a message saying "appeal at zarpgaming.com".

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
There has been a situation that happened to me recently where a person was disrespecting me a lot. i decide to tell him to stop. he continued to disrespect me and deathavoided by leaving before i could give him his punishment. i had to call an admin to ban him because i didn't have the power to do so.

A situation similar to this happened to me a while back but the player was hacking. i kicked him and i immediately called an admin. the player was later banned by the admin. I could've handled that situation myself if i had the rank. a promotion would help a lot as moderators have limits to some situations which could cause more hackers and more people to continue rulebreaking. i would do a good job as an admin in many situations coming.

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)
I feel like i'm a pretty good candidate for this position because i have many many experience in this server as being a moderator(and admin). i have been a moderator for a short time(currently) but i feel a promotion would help a lot. i have handled situations and i keep the server clean i am a trusted candidate and i feel like i could be a really big help when it comes to rulebreaking. i am an active staff member and i dealt with many situations back when i was admin 1-2 years ago.
I am mature and trusted within the deathrun community and a promotion for me would be the next step for a better death run server on zarp.


I will have been to my first meeting by friday.
