Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I have dealt with quite a few things while as a moderator for Bhop on zarp. I have dealt with mic spammers, people disrespecting staff / players towards the Bhop community. And i have met many new people on the zarp community. I feel like I want to try and step up from my rank and give it always my best.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): i had a lot of people disrespecting others in chat which I dealt with very smoothly as i would say. I first told them please stop saying these comments on the chat please. Because I do not need to rush the current situation and make it worse. So I gave them chances as if i needed to I would then mute their chat.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: I would congratulate them on joining the staff team and showing them all the commands that they get. Like freeze, spectate, strip weapons, mute globally and mute. I would explain these all in depth and what they all do to the new moderator. I would try do some little tests with them in game and try see if they understand how to deal with certain situations correctly. The reasoning of this is to understand everything that's going on and how they can in prove in the future. Then make sure they have no questions at all and let them off with their staff position and make sure everything is sorted for them.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? I would speak to the admin that has banned them and both have a little meeting about what has happened and why they have been banned. I would then see if the admin that has banned them would agree to them being unbanned if not. If they are getting unbanned I would accept this and then unban then for the reason that we have spoken to the admin that has issued this punishment and we have decided to accept this appeal.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I feel like i should be promoted for the reasons that I really feel like I am ready for this positon in zarp for Bhop server. And I think i can expand so much on this and try my full on best to get this position and will always show dedication and proud work into this role. I think its time I try and step up as much as I can and show that I am really staying in the community for a while. Also I am a active and respectful moderator currently on zarp and i think I want to show off towards the help of others and showing them what is from right to wrong and to enforce the rules of Bop onto the zarp community.
