What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)

Two people who are teaming up to make it out alive on the run
Example:Friend 1 is the runner and Friend 2 is spectating Friend 1 is on a 50/50 door trap and Friend 2 is spectating the death Friend 2 saw which door the death chose so Friend 2 is telling Friend 1 which door is safe and which one not


How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

First of all i would ask him why he is being disrespectful if he answers me we could sort i out and then we could fix it.
if he doesn't reply on why he is being disrespectful or he keeps behaving this way i am gonna tell him that i am gonna give him 1 more chance to behave right if he keeps going i will then mute him and warn him

The reason i should become a moderator is that i want to be part of the community, most of my time playing gmod is on the zarpgaming server.
That also means that i will be active all the time.
I am also really friendly and i can make easily friends with a lot of people and that could benefit me when i am a moderator so people would listen to me more easily
If i become a moderator i would be really excited to help
