What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
I think ghosting is when someone is dead and is telling the runners info about the round, on maps with portals they say its left or right, this is what i think ghosting is.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
if someone was being disrespectful to me and i was staff i would first ask them to stop being disrespectful to me or another staff, if they carried on being disrespectful to me i would warn and mute or gag depends which there using, which is !warn -name- Disrespect, !gag !mute -player- Disrespect? after the mute / gag was gone and they kept on being disrespectful about me i would tell a high ranked staff to do something about it.

i think i should be chosen to be mod because i have experience and activity over the past couple of weeks, i have good understanding what i am doing as a mod and i will play loads to make sure no one is being disrespectful whiles't i am on, i think i should be a moderator on Deathrun because i have experience about it, i have been staff twice before and in my opinion i done good.i haven't played for along time but i have got my activity up and i understand if i do not get accepted, i don't have alot of reasons about what makes me stand out accept from i play quite a lot now and am nice to other players, i haven't also ever got a warning before and intend never to get a warning, i am hard working and will be alot more then i have been on, i will also do a lot better then i had before i resigned.
