Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

1.MASS RDM + LTAP, When a player decides to RDM (Random Death Match) but decides to RDM more than one player it would be a MASS RDM, if the player leaves prior to obtaining the punishment and warning, while the punishment is active if the player leaves that would be LTAP(Leaving to avoid Punishment) which can result to a ban, length is prior to any other bans or punishments that were placed on the player.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player X, I see this is your first permanent ban for cheating, I see that your ban appeal is very descriptive and apology is very detailed, as this is your first ban I am able to accept your appeal resulting to an unban, but I request you to not cheat nor try anything that could result to another ban. Thank You.




Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

The reason why I should be promoted is that I have seen the server from time to time go and have handled it to my power in those cases. Having the power to not only monitor the server stronger but also to have the trust of mods and higher ranking staff can become an effective tool in the future for much greater offenses.

During My time as a mod I have learned to handle reports and scenarios as effectively as I can, even though at time I think I can be better, I strive to become better. Before I was a staff member I tried to help the former staff members which in turn inspired me to become one, now that I am one, I felt confident that I could attempt to go one level higher.

Due to I am American in a European server I can monitor during the American nights(or early Eu mornings) which can create a cycle between the two regions making it so that staff members can have more breaks between sessions while this period.


Extra Information: (Not Required)
The times that I did my "Gmod Report Run" which is what I call it are usually from 7:30PM EST to 12AM or even 2AM EST. My personality is one that can get chaotic while in game but most of the time I'm chill, if anything I sometimes stream on the server (totally not self promoting). But when it comes to becoming an Admin I know it may be my activity which has improved from the start, even to the point where i would have 21Hour sessions during the weekends.

Great person ingame and on teamspeak, His activity on both ingame and ts are ok. Due to his timezone it makes it hard for other staff to see him staff, I myself have seen him staff and when he does staff he is very mature about it. Overall if you keep up your activity you will get my vote maybe. Goodluck.

Wither, honestly seeing you make this surprised the hell out of me, which leads me to my next thing.

I don't think you're ready, be it as it may that when it comes to the night shift period, there's generally less players on, and less reports that need to be handled. However, there will be times that I will leave reports for others to handle, such as moderators that way they can learn, but it will usually come down to myself or other staff having to handle them, especially when you do decide to stream, I feel that reports are not on your list of things to handle which is an issue for a staff member in-general.

Unless you can prove me wrong, overall I don't feel that you're ready to make this next step, and I would like to see you work on handling your current staffing duties with more of an emphasis on dealing with reports, even when there are other staff online who could handle it instead.
