Brief Introduction
Talented, resourceful, and greatly professional, enough experience. Expert in staff situations. Friendly, stubborn when it comes to certain situations and cooperative. Someone with a strong approach. Extremely dedicated towards the health of the SSRP servers. A great leader and a rolemodel for other staff.


Goals
I wish to achieve and create a more friendly and greater Enviroment for the current staff team. What i also wish to achieve is to remove hackers with my new found commands.

What i am currently working on:
Building up trust between the staff team and users. Creating a more efficient enviroment such as doing f1’s more efficient and with quality at the same time. And motivating staff to do their job correctly and giving them motivation each day.

What im planning to do:
Catch more hackers with help of the overlay anti-cheat. Let the users and staff build up more trust with the Lead Team Especially with the Head Admin team as i currently feel there isnt any .


Qualifications
I do know that Time is the biggest issue here and my biggest hindrance to achieve this goal. But im going to explain you why it isnt. In my short period of being Super Admin, i’ve encountered numerous of difficult situations which in the end i gave the final verdict. I’ve motivated numerous of staff to speak up to superiours about certain situations and to achieve what they think is impossible. I’ve encountered dozens of hacker situations and handled them accordingly. I’ve also encountered a handfull of situations where i had to find out if an account is an alternate account or not where eventually it turns out they were. In my eyes i find that i am very professional and well behaved. I think that in certain situations a strong and firm approuch is absolutely necessery and in other situations a soft and easy aproach is doing the job aswell.


Why should i be chosen
I think i am deemed fit for this position because of the following; Professionalism, Dedication, Experience, Trust, Quality and Efficiency. I will explain all of these factors here below
Professionalism: Guides, procedures, Teamwork. Everything that should be a part of a working and greatly functioning staff member. Which i think that i have all off those factors. Till this day i am still trying to improve myself on minor things. Im greatly experienced and trained when it comes to teamwork. Im finding myself currently in a Marine Officer education where i am being taught on how to lead a group of people in extreme stressful situations. Currently im the most fit person in my class. I do find that choosing me is the best choice for the Head Admin team because of the disclosed above

Dedication and Experience: I’ve been apart of this community since 2015 and since then i found myself enourmesly dedicated towards this community (with my ups and downs) I’ve found myself in a exceptional situation such as achieving Super Admin within 1 months and 1 week. Which is undoubtly remarkable. Since my promotion i think i’ve gained an exceptional amount of experience such as stated above by ‘qualifications’

Trust Quality And Efficiency Sociality : There’s no reason to question my trust and accountability. Since my promotion i deemed myself trustworthy and fit for this postion and every upcomming situation. Untill now i’ve handled every situation with Quality and Efficiency. I always double check and make sure i make the correct decisions. And if necessery i try to contact a fellow Lead Team member to ask his opinion off the situation so i make the right decisions.
