Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: I could show them the map, how to do different styles of surf and or mentor them on how to surf efficiently.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: I would warn them about spamming, if they won't stop and continue to disrespect the staff I'll have to mute/gag them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would inform an admin since I cannot ban people with moderator commands. Could record the person using the exploit, get his steamid and later report him to the higher staff members.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I've been an admin on multiple surf servers and once even Pointshop Developer/Super Admin. I have a lot of experience with being a moderator/administrator on servers. I got a lot of free time usually and that's when I spend most of my time surfing or playing other games. I really like the server, but sometimes people are spamming the chat or voice chat and It really is cancerous.
Extra Information: Been a staff on - Codename Community, UberGaming and on a couple of others which I can't recall.
Microphone available, Discord and Teamspeak available.

You seem like a good candidate for the position, your activity is pretty good, but you dont have 2 weeks of consistent activity, which may be a problem. I would also prefer if you went more in depth with your app and improved it in places. You can always kick a player for exploiting. For now,
