Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
A player decides to Mass RDM + LTAP, killing 6 players altogether while playing as the detective, and then leaving the server. If I had handled this case or a moderator had handled the case and was requesting for them to be banned I would take care of this and ban them for however long I am supposed to, depending on their previous bans.

Another time the ban command is necessary would be when a user has 11+ recents, I would warn the user that if they get one more punishment they will be banned, again the ban length depends on their previous bans.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Firstly I would make sure to thank them and appreciate that they took the time and effort to appeal the ban in great detail, after that I would discuss what they did wrong and make sure they knew what they did was wrong and that they would agree to not repeat their actions again. If they seemed truly apologetic and recognised their mistakes, I would shorten the ban to 2-3 days, so they can think about their mistake for awhile, without it being permanent. This player would be warned to not do it again and if they did there would be heavier consequences.

Note: Technically this could be accepted straight away, as admins are not allowed to ban for hacking in the first place as they do not have an anti-hack.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):. I have been a moderator for over a week now and by the time of the meeting it will be 2 weeks, I have been thoroughly enjoying staffing on the server. I have seen all kinds of misbehaviour and all the punishments applied and I have had plenty of experience staffing. There has been a few occasions where I have needed assistance from the admins to ban somebody, it would be nice to be able to do that for myself and help any moderators that would require it. I feel it is now time for me to step up to the administrator team to handle with any further situations.

Extra Information: (Not Required) Being a moderator, I have had consistent activity every day, apart from maybe one day where I am busy with in real life situations and such. I have really enjoyed staffing and well I just enjoy helping the server as much as I can, becoming an administrator would help me help the server even more.

I'd also prefer if you disclosed at least 2 reasons to ban, meaning you have a better understanding

To be brutally honest you could use another week and here's why. Your activity is not bad but it's not that high, it's simply consistent. You have handled a lot of things in your time as a moderator but I still do believe you need more experience. You have about 5 more days to prove your self so don't worry too much. My vote will be mostly based on what others have to say about you. Good luck!

Since we were both given moderator at the same time, I think you have really learned a lot, and I would definitely say you have surpassed the level of being a moderator. I'm not completely sure on how you have been doing as of late, simply because of our difference in time zones, but with what everyone else is saying, and my understanding of your willingness to learn and excel, I will definitely give you my vote!
