Explain how your time as a moderator would contribute to you becoming an admin.
As a moderator on murder I haven't learned too much new, Having experience from SSRP, Surf and prophunt there's not much to learn, But I've managed since murder has a unique way of handling reports, which I learned despite the lower player counts making it a rather harder task.

Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command
This would be situational, as the questions states.
Examples of these situations would be where a player doesn't learn from their warnings or where a player would exploit a game-breaking bug.

If you had to write a letter to train a new moderator between 100 - 200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp
First and foremost...
Hello [name] and congratulations on getting accepted as a Murder moderator! as a moderator you'll be able to enforce the rules using given commands, I'll be going through these commands briefly then we'll send you on your way.

As a start you'll have access to RP commands you'll be able to teleport players...
to your cursor by typing !tp [name]
to you by typing !bring [name]
or yourself to a player by typing !goto [name]

You'll also be able to kick a user, this, however, we'd recommend you don't use seeing how instantly kicking would go against the staff ETHOS, to kick someone type !kick [name] [reason], but as I stated before this isn't often used due to it being against the ethos. Instead, you wanna warn people.

Warning people is the most common form of punishing a player, this can be done by typing !warn [player] [name] or by typing !warns to bring up a menu, if a player is constantly causing trouble please contact an administrator who will be able to ban the player if they've repeatedly broken rules after you warning them.

You're also able to use the admin chat by typing @[text] or !asay [text], this is a chat only staff can say. if a player is spamming admin chat you can do !amute [name] to mute them from admin chat.

Other common things are chat/mic spam when they mic spam you want to use !tgag [name] [time in minutes.], and if they chat spam you wanna use !tmute [name] [time in minutes!].
If a player has spaces in their names or weird symbols PLEASE use the ULX menu instead, this can be opened by typing xgui in console, ^~ or by pressing a set key bind for it, a bind can be made by typingagain in console, then use your actions through there.
You're able to Fspec AFK players, this is used due to players being inactive for a while, don't instantly move them the round they go AFK please wait a round or 2 before doing so to avoid them being mad at having to wait for an entire round before being able to play.

Explain how you would handle the following situation
"Player x appeals their ban in great detail apology and effort. You check the last ban and you see that you permanently banned them for cheating, what would the response to that appeal be?"
My response to that appeal (if I'm even allowed to handle it) would be as follows
"Best [name]
You're appealing your ban in great effort, however, cheating is something which should go heavily punished, I'll decide to reduce your ban to a week and you'll be able to play again after that, however hacking again will result in a much harsher verdict than this time."

Explain why you should get a promotion
I find joy in playing murder and I love hleping people out in any way I can currently as a moderator ^{Dispite the past inactivity} I feel that I'm limited to teh way I am able to help players, I feel that I Should get a promotion to help the players more than I currently am able to, and this is osmething which I hope to achieve by making this application I only wish to assist more by applying for admin I hope I get given the chance to be one and help out even more.
