Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: My time as a mod I learned a lot of new skills like the f6 menu and other useful skills what will benefit me in the long run , I have also met a lot of new people like “ Kall , Lone , Oxey , Philips, Jeremy , Fred , skelton , “ And to be fair they have showed me how to do things in f1s / sits and this has greatly impacted my time as a staff member. So to make it simple my time as a mod has been the best time of my life! .

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): Before when I was on the server and someone was Mass RDMing , there was no other staff online so I had to deal with the problem on my own , I did this by going to the user and warning them for Mass RDMing they keep on RDMing so I kick them from the server they did not join back this meant other players who wanted to play on the server could do.


If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:Hello and welcome to the staff team , Ok lets get started
Well what I will be doing is showing you how to use the tools and what to do if something happens! Well lets start .

How to use the Admin tool :
This admin tool can be used to see if a prop has a keypad , this can be used if someone makes a f1 about , prop block or other f1s , I You can use this tool by looking at the prop and clicking left , after doing this you will see if the is any key pads it will tell you if a prop has a keypad at the bottom right hand side.

How to warn People?

To warn someone you have to get their Steam ID
You can do this by clicking tab going to their name and on that page you will see
“ Steam ID “ copy that , after you have got the steam ID you can do

/warn [steam ID] [reason]
Only Use the steam ID

How to kick people?

You can kick people by doing this command :

/kick [Steam ID] [Reason]

This will kick the user this will also show on their rap sheet for the reset of time.

What is a “ Rap Sheet? “

Well a rap sheet is what logs players punishments you can see someone’s rap sheet by clicking tab clicking on the players name and then click Rap sheet this will display the players punishments this will be used in every f1 you will do , because before you warn someone look at their rap sheet , this is because if they have got no recents they are proply new so you should not punish but tell them to read the rules.

The f6 menu

This menu can be used if someone leaves while being punished you can paste their steam ID into the text box at the top of the f6 menu after pasting their steam ID you can see all the punishment the player has .


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? Well I would comment on their post saying “ Handling “ this will make sure no other staff are doing this case , After putting the comment on I will find the Admin , And I would ask them why they banned the player? And did they have recent punishments? And if they Admin gives invalid information I will ask if he would consider making the ban time shorter or unbanning the user.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):I think zarp would benefit from me being a admin this is the reasons why ,

I have been a member of the staff team not that long but after seeing staff not doing their jobs , I want to take the stand show what a real staff member should do and that's , help players with their problem and also help the other staff , and I know 100% I can do this , With the information about the way we do things on zarp for example warns , rules I also always enforce the rules.

Recently we accepted some moderators way to early and I seen many of them making mistakes and having a lack of knowledge. I think you should give it a bit more time, it took me 3+ weeks for me to get admin first time and I was never demoted in the past. But good luck!

Your activity is good and you need to keep it consistent by the time of the meeting. Make sure to steer clear of all arguments and drama on any posts! You have been a moderator before which means that have had some previous experience but I am unsure how long ago that was and if any of the rules have changed. You should also try and get a high f1 count and prove that you deserve the position! Good luck!
