Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I would like to point out that I was Moderator previously on the server for around a month before leaving, so in total I will have been Moderator for 1 month and 2 weeks by the time this application is reviewed. In that time I have dedicated a lot of time into keeping the rule breakers out and making the server more enjoyable aswell as gained further knowledge of the rules and gained a lot of experience.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I encountered situations where I had to deal with Mass RDMers, what was somewhat frustrating was that I would either have to go find their name then freeze them or do /freeze [name] which by than they could have killed an extra 1 or 2 more players.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
Activity - I have been active ever since I started playing ZARP again, even though I am only limited to 2 hours of internet on weekdays and 4 hours on weekends and I can't put a lot of hours in daily but when I do I spend all of my time on Server 3 showing my dedication to the community. Not many Admins are going on Server 3 nowadays and I would like change that by coming on it everyday and helping everyone out.

Experience - Even though when you are reviewing this application it'll be my first week as Moderator. But, I was previously Moderator for around a month before leaving. I gained a lot of knowledge of the rules and experience on the server.

F1's - When I handle F1's I handle them with professionalism, I like to do them quick and efficiently and so that both sides understand the outcome of the sit and the explanation behind it. Im always handling F1's when I come online and I am now able to be doing more as I am able to go on Server 1 now instead of only Server 3.

Your activity is not the best and you need to improve on that before the meeting. Your application is quite detailed just make sure to get a good f1 count and you should get it. Well on the gametrackers it shows I come on everyday so thats pretty good activity but I get where you're coming from about activity these past few days because i've been going on Server 1, but another thing is that usually gametracker isn't actually tracking my minutes played. Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.
