Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
Although I have not been mod for long, I have a lot of experience staffing with zarp rules and have a good knowledge of the ULX commands that come with the promotion, due to the old staff ranks I used to have. From my time as mod before I know how to handle situations correctly and appropriately to help keep the server clean from rulebreakers

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
The most common situation in which to ban someone is if they have more than 10 recents for various rulebreaking, I would ban them for a short amount of time hoping they learn their lesson but if not I would have to ban them for a longer period of time. Another scenario where I would use the ban command is if a player LTAP's (leaves to avoid punishment) from a gag/mute. If they rejoin the server I would ban them for a day for LTAP in hope they learn their lesson.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello, Congratulations on Moderator, welcome to the staff team!
If you would like to hop on the server I will train you on what you need to do in order to be a moderator on our server at maximum efficiency!
If you would like to do !menu I will now run you through the commands in which you will be using.
So, starting off with the chat section we have:
Amute - We use this command when a player is spamming / saying unneccesary stuff in our admin chat.
Asay - We use this command to talk in the admin chat, you can also use @ (message) in the chat to speak here.
Psay - We use this command to talk to players, mostly when they are AFK. We would use !psay (player's name) or do !psay @ when we are looking at them and ask if they are infact AFK ( If they don't respond we will move them to spectators)
Gag - We use gag to mute a players microphone if they are breaking the rules with it ( for example being racist, mic spamming, being disrespectful...)
Mute - We use mute to mute a player from the chat, either for racism, spam, or being disrespectful.

I would carry this on running through all the commands and !warn menu aswell as f6 and the reports menu, but I am good boy and stick to word limit

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I think i should be promoted as I am trusted with Admin powers as i have shown from being Deathrun Admin for around 2 months and picking up no report abuses/ officials during that time. I am trusted with staff ranks as I have been Murder and TTT staff previously. At the moment I am one of the most active staff and I aim to carry that on as I will be trying to maintain atleast 3 hours a day this week in terms of activity, making my road to #1 on gametracker a lot more reachable aswell as keeping the server free from rulebreakers.
