Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): When players Ltap when I freeze them and no other admins are on I cannot get him banned and I got to go to the tab menu freeze him and come back and hes gone/ left the server. If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Hello I noticed that you have been accepted to our staff team I will show you all the commands and show you how you would usually do it. This is the F6 menu In the F6 menu, you can see players recent punishments, which will come in handy while figuring out what to do with them after a rule has been broken. Tab Menu In the tab menu you can do all the commands just by clicking their name and it shows you all the commands you are allowed to do to them. The F1 Menu In the F1 menu you can go to handle your admin requests (always do it in order top to bottom) When it shows (Nobody) no one is doing that F1 if it shows a staff members name where Nobody is that means that staff member is doing that request and you can do the one under it, It also shows how long the F1 was made to start the F1 you right click that persons request and click Handle. If someone makes a F1 that isnt rulebreaking or just asking for stuff just mark as spam. You also have to attend to your first meeting, and feel free to attend to all meetings. Meeting every saturday 7:00 GMT +0 At your first meeting, you can vote on the new moderators! Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? If I banned them permanently and it was his first ban I would unban him and give him another chance because its his first ban and tell him to read the motd. ![]() Why I should be promoted: I have done a lot of work before and I feel like I can do a lot more work as an Administrator and I never abused my powers before and I have done 355 total F1s since I was last Moderator I have 35+ f1s done this week so far.
