How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
During my 1 year + as an Administrator I've experienced plenty of Staff Situations, I have had some good experiences as well as some big learning curves throughout my time as staff. While being staff I feel that I have developed my skills to a reasonable level to be able to help staff as well as users whether it be a user reporting NLR to a staff member needing advice I will always try to give advice to the best of my ability. Being staff for such a long time I have experienced a lot of situations from hackers with the assistance from the lead team to simple NLR rule breaks that need nothing more than a verbal and all this time meeting great people along the way, now I feel that I am ready to join the lead team and help push the server in the best direction.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Trust:
I’m a very trusted member of the community as I’m currently holding the SSRP administrator rank and have done for over a year now. Also, I used to hold other staff ranks within the community but I started to lose interest and resigned from said positions. Although I do need to work on my relationship with the lead team as I have currently drifted away from interaction with the current lead team members, I do feel that this should not in anyway way reflect my abilities as a whole
Experience:
I have invested a huge amount of time and effort into Zarp servers and the community as a whole. I have an abundance of experience that I have gained over the years as a staff member not just on SSRP but of other servers that Zarp has to offer. This experience allows me to handle situations both fairly and in a swift manner.
Activity:
I have been an administrator for around one year now I am usually on SSRP every day as well as interacting with the community the best I can, I keep myself up to date on most situations happening within it so that I am aware of ongoing situations which intern allows me to react in the appropriate manner,My activity means that if at any one time a lead team member is needed I would be able to join said server of Teamspeak to deal with it.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
A pretty decent amount of time ago, I came across a Hacker in an Event. As I couldn’t do anything against him as Admin and there were no Lead Team Members online, I had to gather a lot of Evidence and even then. It was really hard to actually get enough proof to get him punished for his actions. After 1 Day I was able to finally contact a Lead Team Member and provide the Evidence I had gathered as well as sending him the Steamid and the Ingame Name he eventually brought him up in the following Lead Team Meeting and got him Punished.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would handle it a similar way to the normal Ban appeal. At first, i would try to make contact the user that has made the report on the said staff member to come onto Teamspeak if it was convenient to do so once I had spoken to the said user I would then approach the staff member in question. While having a Chat with the Member of Staff I would get another Lead Team member for a second Opinion on the Report Abuse. Once I had evaluated both sides of the story then took into consideration any proof that had been provided I would post a reply to the report abuse on the forums ( Example)
.
Alright, after taking a look at this Report Abuse, talking to the Accused Member of Staff and Another Lead Team Member. We came to the conclusion to Accept this Report as we feel like The Staff Members actions are unacceptable and this will be brought up in the Next Lead Team Meeting. Thanks for the Report!

Alright, after taking a look at this Report Abuse, talking to the Accused Member of Staff and another Lead Team Member. We came to the conclusion to Deny this Report as we feel like this didn't harm anyone's experience nor did it Change anything while RolePlaying.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I firstly would ask the Member of Staff if he has time for a Chat either in the Admin Chat or via. Steam. After I did that, I would ask him what made him ban the User for such an excessive amount of time. After I did that, I would ask the Member of Staff kindly to reconsider his Punishment and lower his Ban or even Unban him. Right after that I would Show him the Ethos and tell him to follow it.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would Teleport myself into the Sit and help the Staff Member out, assist him while dealing with it and Teach him how to deal with multiple Situations for the Future. After that, I tell him that he can use the Admin Chat anytime he needs help with something as well as I tell him that he may add me for Future Questions to be Answered!
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I first would try to get the Member of Staff who is currently accusing another one of breaking a Rule into a Private Chat, in that Private Chat I would ask him for his Side of the Story as well as for some available Evidence. After that, I would approach the Accused Member of Staff and ask him about his Side of the Story after I did that I either Recording everything or made a Note to save it if necessary for the next Lead Team Meeting
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
When I see a Staff Member being Disrespectful or rude towards another Member of Staff I first would kindly ask the Staff Member whos being Disrespectful to take that kind of Chat to either Steam or Teamspeak with me so I can Help resolve the Issue and calm it Down. After that, I would kindly ask the Disrespecting Member of Staff if he needs a little time off so I will be able to Note his incoming Inactivity and keep the Disrespected Member of Staff Calm and Happy.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I first would approach the said Member of Staff in a nice and friendly way. I would then inform him about the things he currently is doing wrong and how much he is affecting other Players Experiences. After I did that, I would take a note of it and bring him up in the next Lead Team Meeting. I would tell him off, give him the Chance to improve and to never break a rule again!
