There's a few issues I see here, I will go ahead and explain them.
Firstly, and most importantly, to become a staff member on any of Zarp's servers you cannot be staff in any other communities. In your app you say:

If this is true, to be accepted for staff in Zarp, you will need to resign from all other positions you hold in other communities.
Secondly, your application looks extremely rushed and lacks a lot of detail. Throughout the applicaiton template, you are expected to give both examples of RDM and KOS reasons as well as scenarios. To help you do this, I have taken the examples I used in my Mod app. Here they are:
"I can KOS a player that is holding/dropping a T weapon (if they didn't say they had it).
Scenario: Player A sees Player B holding a T weapon. Player B didn't announce that he had the weapon so Player A KOS'd him."
It would be great if you could do the same for all the points you mentioned in your application.
Finally, so the staff team knows your exact activity on the server, you should include the gametrackers of all your previous names. I have gone through your steam profile and found as many as I could, if there's any more you should add them yourself.

Even with these extra gametrackers you still don't reach the recommended 2 weeks of activity. You should play for 2 weeks, resign on all other positions you hold in other communities (if any) and improve your application. Best of luck!
