My murder admin application:

Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
During a month I have experienced many different situations on the server, making me feel like I'm more than ready for this rank. I have experience as an administrator on deathrun too. I would like to be an admin and to be ready for next situations in the future where I will have to use new commands.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
This command is usually used against massive rule breakers or people that try avoid all type of punishments that they actually deserve. As I have explained, the ban command is usually used in the following situations:

-When a player has reached more than 10 warnings. Getting him banned will probably make the person think and he will probably stop rulebreaking since that ban.
-When a player leaves to avoid a punishment. For example, a player gets gagged but then, he leaves and joins back so he can talk again.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
After the welcome I would start explaining the player the commands that he will be able to use, but first of all I would tell him to bind the xgui, as it will be faster and easier to handle situations.
After that I'd explain him the main commands:

Slay: It's the most common command where you kill a player that has been, for example, rdming or constantly blocking.

Gag: With this command you will mute the player's mic. You usually use this when he is mic spamming/being racist/disrespecting.

Mute: Same as gag, but you will only mute the player in chat, not his mic.

Admin chat: You can mute players that can be constantly spamming the admin chat with !amute. By the way, to talk in admin chat you can just type @ and then the message.

Psay: With this command you will be able to send private messages to players.

Warn: It's an important command that doesn't appear in the ULX menu. After typing !warn you can check player's warnings and you can warn them for any rulebreak.

-To check all the punishments of a player you can press f6 and choose a player to view the punishments.

-We have to keep in mind some symbols while using commands, for example:

!bring @: In this case, using @, you will bring a player that you are looking at.
!goto ^: When you use a command with ^, the command will act on you. In this case you will "teleport" to yourself.
!slay *: When you type a command for example slay and *, the command will act in everyone that is alive. If you do this it would be a big mistake, so be careful with the symbols that you use!

-We also have to remember the report menu.
People can report rulebreakers and we can see them in the report menu. Now that you are a staff member you can click in the admin option and handle reports. It is useful for punishing rulebreakers.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I'm a friendly and patient person. I feel like I can do a great job as an administrator, as I'm experienced as an administrator on deathrun, being admin for some months. I've also been moderator on murder for around a month, so I think I'm totally ready for this promotion. I can help everyone, including staff members when I'm not on the server. On the server I feel like I do a good job and I guess I can do something else for the server as an administrator. As I really like murder, I will be glad of doing my job and helping the server.
