A situation where it is acceptable to use the ban command:
Player X RDMs a minimum of 3 players (detectives, innocents or traitors) and leaves the server. If I were to handle the report it would be acceptable to ban Player X for MassRDM+LTAP.

How I would handle the following situation:
Player X appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban.

Hello Player X I have found the ban I gave you. After consideration I have decided to unban you as you have made a great deal of effort to apologise and I believe you understand what you did wrong. Due to this appeal is :accepted:

However if you are caught cheating again you will be punished.

Why I should be promoted:
I think I should be promoted because I care about the players and try to be interesting, interact with the community and be fun to play with while ensuring they don't break the rules of the server. I am a very active player and try to handle as many reports as I can. I have tried to be as good a moderator as I can be. I have made mistakes and have my flaws but I have listened to criticism and tried to improve from it, as a player and a moderator. I help new player to learn the rules and different technical aspects of the game. I want to learn more and be able to make the server a happier and friendlier place.
