Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
If someone was chat or mic spamming I would give them a verbal. If they continued afterwards I would warn and gag them for chat/mic spam. After being ungagged automatically when the round changed, or if it was tgag then after the time was up, and they did so again I would kick them for chat spam/mic spam.
Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If someone was using an exploit I would explain to them how what they are doing is an exploit as some people may not know what they are doing is an exploit. If they did so after the verbal I would teleport them out of the exploit and warn them for exploiting. If they do so afterwards then I would slay them instead of teleport and after that kick them.
Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is when a player gives useful information to others that can affect the output of the game. An example of this is if Player A told Player B that Player C was murderer. This would change the output of the game as Player B has more of an advantage than player C and this can change the output of the game.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I believe I should be chosen as I have experience of the Zarp server and general rules as I had been admin on deathrun for 3 months. I also am very dedicated and you should be able to see my activity going up, I will be on almost every day and I love communicating with people as I believe the most important skill for a staff team is communication. I am very friendly as well and I generally get along with most people,
