When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?: If a user has exceeded their warning if it's 11+ recent warnings then their next warning would be a ban If a user was evidently cheating then a ban would be appropriate to deal with it, and that's when i can use the ban command for a couple hours on him/her

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
well when i was moderator i only had to use fspec and warn i only did 1 warn because he was trapspaming on the ice map
and had to use fspec very often on the server and for the rest i used psay to friends to tell them something private

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)
you should promote me because i have experience with staff member of the server as moderator and i want to do more !commands and when i wanna use the ban command i will first @can i ban this guy because he is ... doing that or this
and i wanna do more with the meeting if i'm admin i can help accept or denie moderators or admin because i have been on every meeting since i was moderator and i will keep come on meetings, well i hope so
but for the rest i want thank you in advance if you chose me as admin and if you don't i don't care because i already like being staff of a server this doesn't mean you have to denie me XD

How to improve:
- Try to handle more situations in-game
- Get more activity
- Improve the 2 parts I mentioned, make them more detailed and explain them more!

Activity needs working on but you are really friendly. I don't see you handling a lot of situations in-game and your application is O.K. I suggest dealing with more things in-game as well as improving your activity. Good luck anyways!
