Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: I would state how to hold space and that will auto jump for you. I would also show them all the different ways so A&D only and etc. Also would spectate them and make sure they understand it before i let them off. I would always make sure they are ready and will help them as much as possible.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: I would first tell them to stop it so a verbal warning. Then if they carried on I would probably gag / mute them and see if they will settle down after a while because its unfair on other people.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would probably see what the exploit is if i can deal with it myself I would verbal warn them and tell them to please stop using it as its unfair for other players. If they carry on I will contact a admin on TeamSpeak or so to see if they could possibly deal with it.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I think I should be chosen because I am helpful towards the community itself I have been a moderator on SSRP for zarp and I have also been staff on another bhop server before and dealt with many problems on their. I think I will do well as a staff member on zarps bhop server and I can be very active and helpful towards the players of the game mode bhop. I also think that I will be able to stop players from being annoying and trying to exploit the server and trying to make sure everything runs smoothly.
