Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
-Random Death Match or "RDM" is when a player kills another player for no reason whatsoever. Example: Fresh spawn walks out of the paycheck lady building and is blown up by another player without warning.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
-New Life Rule or "NLR" is when a player dies and cannot go straight back to the "life" they had before they died. They can have no recollection of how they died or what they were doing before death.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

- In this situation, I would ask player x for proof (screenshot/recording) that player y did not have a reason to kill player x. If x can provide, y is jailed. If x cannot provide, I cannot jail y.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

- In this situation, I would have to compare the kills to each other in order to determine whether player y is actually breaking NLR. If player y killed player x before he died, he did not break NLR. If he killed the other after dying, he did break NLR.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):

-I should be chosen because I am diligent about keeping up on rules and policies and love this server. I would do my best to make sure all players (including myself) are following the server rules. I am also a very good teammate, as well as a leader. I know the difference between using MOD power, and abusing it. Plus, I am not younger than 18 so you know I have some sense of maturity. If you choose me I will make it my goal to learn the rules like the back of my hand so that you know for sure I cannot make any excuses in my conduct. My conduct represents me as an individual; trustworthy, diligent, comprehensible, and respectful. There is no scenario where I would find myself abusing my power because I, as a player on this server, love to see when mods/admins do their job the correct way. Even if I don't know the rules 100% now, I know I can get to that point if I become a moderater. I am very friendly so I know people will like me. But at the same time, if people break the rules I can bring down the hammer (within reason). So by all means, choose me to be a moderator on your server and I promise you won't regret it.

Over all your activity is not the best but there is time to improve on it. If you keep up a good activity , are friendly have a good attitude and get no recent punishments you should get it. Good luck!

Where does it say you cant remember your previous life? You need to read the rules to get staff on our servers.
If you dont know the most simple and common rule, than you wouldnt stand a chance.
And you need 2 weeks of consistant activity which means, you need to be on everyday for 2 straigh weeks.

I agree he can use some work with the rules, he asked me that he wanted to apply for Moderator and I told him why not and helped him with how to sign up, make a new topic and how to make an application using the templates. I notified him about the 2 week consistency as well and told him if he's on everyday they might consider him.
