Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM better known as Random Death Match is where a player kills another for no actual RP reason, an example of this is when Swiiftz walks down the street and Doggo comes out and taps him for no reason

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
NLR better known as New Life Rule is where a player dies in a certain district and either returns to that district or interferes with something that happened in his past life. An example of this is when Swiiftz gets tapped by Doggo and he comes back into that certain district to continue RP or to interfere with anything going on in there

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Firstly I would TP to player X, asking him what happened and check the logs to see if it matches what he told me, I would TP player Y and X to a roof so they can discuss the situation as a whole and I can get to know and understand what happened, I would also ask player X for proof if needed in the situation. Once I have looked over everything I would come to the conclusion of either Warning player Y if the proof was valid, This could be either a verbal warn if he doesn't have any recent warns for RDM or an actual Warning. If the proof wasn't valid or it was a misunderstanding I would explain why and end the sit.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Firstly I would TP to player X and TP to a roof, I would then gather all relevant information including what happened, when it happened and how many times it happened, I would also check the logs to see if what he is saying is true, I would then TP to player Y and tell him I need him for a sit, I would bring him to the same roof with player X, Player Y can then give his side, I would ask both players a question, I would ask Player X if he had any relevant proof against player Y, and if so if he could supply it and I would ask Player Y if he actually did it, though from the logs it is very clear that one of the players broke NLR. Depending on if Player Y had recent punishments would depend on if I warned him or not, if he doesn't have any recents I would give him a verbal.

I believe i should be staff because i have no recents and I care for the servers and I want to keep them clean! I am a respectful person across other servers such as the forums! I don't like rulebreakers so I promise ill warn them till they are banned and if that doesn't work then ill rdm them! vote me

Your activity is really bad but you application is quite good. Your attitude is not acceptable for a staff member. I don't know if you have any recent punishments but still not fit for staff. I don't think you are serious about this , if you are you really need time to re-gain trust . Good luck anyways!
