This is something thats beyond me. There are people who admit that he is terrible and abusive admin yet dont want him demoted and even defend him because they like him..... And they still say his attitude is bad its weird

Bananaslanger in my opinion is a terrible admin and has made 0 improvement over the many times making an app. I still wonder how he is even still Admin. HE NEVER LISTENS TO FEEDBACK.

I never see you on the server, How could you possibly say i'm a "terrible admin".

I dont think you understand playing properly for a couple weeks and deciding not time farm does not made you instantly a good admin, Big problem with you is you easily get annoyed and never take feedback and when someone says something valid you pull the victim card like a little kid. You should really think why you dont get the super admin rank, Is it because you are a good admin?

I'll try my best to improve and to not time farm. I've decided it. And i'll show you and everyone else i will improve and do the best out of me.

although many think he can't be SA i see him with the potential and i see him changing already and connor trust me he is changing for the better now is his time he may not get it this week but pls give him a chance at least to talk to you guys in LT how can he get selected if you guys don't let him talk to you(what i've been told)

You are seeing what you choose to see this is due to your confirmation bias where you choose to ignore stuff like this where he ignores others telling him this already exists and refuses to accept that he is wrong in the issue showing that his temper is somewhat still an issue.

Aiming to become a better person is something we all should aim towards, but merely admitting your weaknesses and saying you will improve does not qualify you. You wont be qualified surgeon after you say "No I haven't went to the med school but some day I will"

Our biases blind us and its up to us and people around us to fix the mistakes we have when handling things.

Him saying he will do something does not mean he is getting a support from the lead team he needs to do what he said he will do

things he needs to improve on:

1)Needs to stop time farming for good.
2)Needs to not over react when given feedback.
3)Needs to be more mature when talking to other staff and members.
4)Needs to show he has leadership skills right now he is lacking.
5)Needs to deal with reports well and not rush them/not report farm.

That is all i can think of right now if he works on that he will stand a chance right now I think he still needs a lot of work and effort to even get Super Admin. And right now he needs to show he is worthy of even an Admin rank.

He does fit 3/5 you listed just i think he needs to stop tabbing out for so long if he does should go into spec but he is handling reports well now just las tis leadership and semi part of maturity as i see him improving maturity wise(i said improving still more work to be done tho but he has made a start)

one who is willing to become a lead team member should already meet all criteria, which are needed for being a SA, before they apply.
Although you might be improving in doing your job, you still have a long way to go before you are really ready for the rank...
